5 Steps To Homemade Granola

Hey everyone! Long time, no write. Today, I bring to you one of my best recipes, ever. Have you ever had gooey, crunchy honey and cocount granola bar that you wanted to replicate? Those delicious Kind bars that cost five dollars but just taste so salt and sweet in your mouth that you dribbe saliva all the way down your chin. Super hot image, I know right? Keep this granola on your counter for three day, add to lovely orange yesty yogurt, and a fresh fruit salad. This is a perfect recipes for catering as well. 


FIVE STEPS TO HOMEMADE GRANOLA 

Ingredients
6 cups old-fashioned Oats
1 cup Raisins
1 cup dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Honey or Agave Nectar
1 cup Organic Shaved Coconut
1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup Pecans 
2 tablesoons melted Earth Balance Vegan Butter 
1/2 cup Almonds
2 Sheet Pans 
(Any other Nuts you desire) 

1. Pre-Heat and Measure 
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Farenheit. Grab all of your food items, and place them on the fanciest counter you have. Measure all of your ingredients, and take a necessary ridiculous picture of your ingredients envelopping your counter. I forgot to babes! 

2. Oats and Honey 
Add your Oats and Honey together to start this sticky ball of hearty wholesome granola.  

3. Nuts and Chocolate
Dazzle and combine your selection of Nuts to the sticky mixture, making sure to stir well.  Add the Chocolate. 

4. Spread 
Pour your two tablespoons of melted butter over the two sheet pans. Spread your bowls of crunchy, crumbly pools of divinity into even layers on the sheet pans. You'll be cooking this granola for 12-15 minutes based on your oven. 8 minutes into the cook time, put your raisins onto your two sheet pans. 

5. Eat  
IT arrives when golden-brown as a sunbeam. Make sure to let sit to cool down. Then dirzzle on yogurt concoction, and enjoy layers of smooth, crips dairy intermingled with dripping chocolate crispiness that threatens to take you to another planet. You should let it:)

If you have nut allergies, experiment with dried fruit to add to your granola recipe. Feel free to change recipes, as they are your's now. I've be doing it for years! (aka it's called becoming a cook) I want you all to be chefs, whether with your fifty-year old oven, easy-bake oven, microwave, or over a campfire. You are beautiful, and capable of becoming a master chef.
